Help centre — how can we help?
Setup, billing, friends and what to do if it will not connect — short guides, no filler.
Setup
- How to install Happ on Android and connect Grusha — Install Happ on Android in 2 minutes: Google Play or APK, the key from the Grusha mini app, the Connect button. Plus what to do if it will not connect.
- How to connect Grusha on iPhone and iPad — Set up Grusha VPN on iOS: Happ from the App Store, the key from the mini app, permission for the VPN profile. One key works on both iPhone and iPad.
- How to connect Grusha on Windows — Grusha VPN on Windows 10 and 11: the Happ installer, the key from the mini app in Telegram on your computer, and the Connect button.
- How to connect Grusha on macOS and Linux — Grusha VPN on macOS (App Store or DMG) and Linux (DEB/RPM): installing Happ, taking the key from the mini app and connecting.
- How to connect Grusha on Android TV and Apple TV — Grusha VPN on your TV: Happ for Android TV or Apple TV, the key by QR code from the mini app, and connecting with the remote.
Troubleshooting
- Key will not connect: use the backup key — If the main key will not connect, especially on mobile data, take the backup key in the Grusha mini app: it works through a different address.
- Connected, but sites will not load — The VPN says “connected” but pages will not load: what to check in two minutes — traffic, the key, DNS and a second VPN.
- Slow speed on the VPN — Why a VPN can feel slow and what helps: the second key, a different network, and the free plan compared with a subscription.
- Key shows as invalid or will not add — Happ says the key is invalid: how to copy the link correctly, refresh the subscription and get the key again.
Billing
- How to turn off auto-renewal — Grusha VPN auto-renewal turns off with a single switch in the mini app. You get a reminder 3 days before the charge.
- Payment failed — What happens when a charge fails: the subscription does not renew, the key stays, and access moves to the free plan. How to pay again.
- Paying with SBP and Telegram Stars — How to pay for Grusha without a card: SBP by QR code from your banking app, or Telegram Stars right in the bot. How the two differ.
- Refunds — When and how to get your money back for a Grusha VPN subscription: message support within 7 days if the VPN did not work on your device.
- Promo codes — Where to enter a Grusha VPN promo code on the site and in the mini app, which plans it applies to, and what to do if the code is not accepted.
Friends and rewards
- How the referral programme works — Bring a friend to Grusha: +5 GB for every friend on the free plan, or 50 Telegram Stars for every paying friend on a subscription.
- When a friend counts — A friend counts once they open the bot through your link and tap “Connect”. Why a friend might not count, and what to check.
- Withdrawing Stars — How to withdraw the Telegram Stars you earned from friends: from 500 Stars, with a button on the “Friends” tab, paid to your Telegram account.
Privacy
- What we store (and what we do not) — Grusha VPN keeps no logs: no browsing history, no IP addresses, no device list. We store only your Telegram id, your plan and its end date.
- Delete your account — How to delete your Grusha VPN account and all the data linked to it: a request to support in the bot, done within 30 days.
